Villa Valparaiso is located in a small and quiet street. The old stonewalls, guarantee you the perfect temperature during the hot summer days. Villa Valparaiso is 50 meters far away from the settlement’s pebbles beach, a soccer field and a bowling court. There is a public parking place nearby.
We also speak Spanish and Italian.
In that completely renewed stone house, which is almost 200 years old, there is a studio apartment – Apartment Lavanda and a one room apartment – Apartment Agava, each having 30m2 and 10 m2 balcony. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an additional cot for two persons, a bathroom with a shower stall and a satellite dish.
